ECoL-8000 Actuators
The ECoL-8000 series consist of a range of electric actuators: the hi-fi H-motor allows reproduction of fast and light flight controls and meets the requirements for the highest FAA certification levels and it’s military equivalents. The cost effective M-motor is smaller, but produces slower and heavier feeling flight controls than the H-motor. The S-motors are very compact and are particularly suitable for secondary controls like toe-brakes and throttles.
ECoL-8000 H actuator
The H-motor is the high-end of the ECoL-8000 series Control Loading product range and can be applied in all high fidelity simulator types.
It is a reliable, low maintenance, high force, high velocity actuator for all Control Loading systems up to FAA Level C and D full flight simulator requirements. Two different force levels are available: Standard and High Force.

ECoL-8000 M actuator
The M-motor is the medium fidelity actuator of the ECoL-8000 Control Loading product range and is the most cost-effective solution for all trainers where the dynamic responses are not that demanding.
It is a reliable, low maintenance, high force, medium velocity actuator for all Control Loading systems up to FAA Level 6 Flight Training Device requirements. Also this actuator can be applied to those controls where the H-motor is considered as being an overpowered application.

ECoL-8000 S actuator
The S-motor is at the lower side of the ECoL-8000 series Control Loading product range and is the solution for secondary controls for all trainer types and for ECoL-8000 S-Ethernet steering wheel applications.
The output torque is very high. Even with the steering wheel of a large truck it is not possible to manually override the actuator’s peak torque. The average torque is somewhat lower, but still high enough to provide reacting torques to prolonged student torque exertions.
