Waveform Editor

The Waveform Editor is a simple method for creating waveforms specific to you testing needs.  The graphical editor allows the test engineer to create waveforms based wave shapes called segments.  Segments such as Sine, Square wave, Triangle wave, Ramps, Haverrsines and static ‘Hold’ segments are available to be connected together into a complete block cycle test.

The wave form segments can be put into nested repeat blocks so groups of segments can be repeated in any order and as many times as desired. Multiple channels can be overlaid in this multi-waveform editor.

The editor also support events that allow the engineer to synchronize system actions such as data acquisition, setting or clearing Digital Outputs and enabling Amplitude control to specific points in the waveform .

In addition, the editing can be done right on the Engineers local PC workstation and transferred to the controller over the network.

The Waveform Editor is compatible with both SmarTEST controllers and SIMCON 2100 controllers providing a straight-forward, easy-to-use editor for waveform development.
